Lucinda Hanover brings passion and an unwavering commitment to succeed to the clients she serves. She views business as a means to tackle current, critical social issues. She has specialized in bringing people from diverse cultures together. She helped multinational corporations, state-owned companies and local contractors work effectively together to accomplish seemingly impossible goals. Her primary focus has been on not-for-profit organizations and Fortune 100 companies in the technology, energy and telecommunications fields throughout North America, Latin America, U.K., and Europe.

 

A seasoned consultant and educator, Lucinda has over 20 years of experience working with leaders and their teams to produce performance breakthroughs. She has also developed programs on work/life balance, individual productivity and organizational performance.

 

Lucinda is fluent in Spanish and has consulted in the energy sector with multinational corporations, government agencies, and local communities throughout Latin America.

 

In addition to her corporate work, Lucinda has worked with Penn State Hershey Medical Center to establish programs for the Center for Leadership Development. She is also a sponsor and advisor for the Mastery Foundation School for Leadership. Lucinda is also a Global Investor, fundraiser and activist for over 25 years with The Hunger Project. She has served on various non-profit boards and local government committees.

 

Lucinda has had the privilege to consult with a variety of clients throughout her career including: Microsoft, Penn State Hershey Medical Center, RTI International, Motorola, AT&T, BP, Procter&Gamble, ConocoPhillips, Sun Microsystems, and Humanity in Unity.

 

Lucinda graduated from the Iowa State University Honors Program, with a B.A. in International Advertising/Marketing with a minor in Spanish.
