Doug
Hanover is renowned for getting to the heart of the
matter with executive and senior managers. He designs, implements, and
leads engagements world-wide aimed at helping leaders cause necessary
change. He has organized strategy implementations in the energy industry
and helped align and coach leaders of multi-billion dollar engineering,
procurement, and construction projects. He has designed and implemented
many successful post-merger and acquisition integrations. He has helped
launch new businesses in various industries and helped teams working
for the U.S. Government to invent new technologies.
Doug has also executed performance breakthroughs in international strategic alliances, organizational culture changes, and leadership development. His work to date has focused in technology, aerospace, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and the energy industries throughout North America, U.K., Europe, Russia, and the Asia Pacific region.
He has spent the majority of his career working with senior visionaries, executive teams, project managers, engineers, and business developers within the private, government, and not-for-profit sectors. He consistently helps his clients create the kind of change that can make a difference for them as individuals, their organizations, their industry, and the world.
Doug earned a B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1977, and a Juris Doctor from University of Miami School of Law in 1980.
Doug is a sponsor of organizations committed to peace and reconciliation, and ending hunger as well as various community projects.
