Doug Hanover

A principal and senior consultant of Sunergos, Doug Hanover has worked for more than two decades with global leaders and executives ensuring necessary levels of leadership to meet their most critical mandates. Doug is renowned for consistently getting to the heart of the matter and training others to do the same to ensure the most aggressive deliverables are achieved.

 

He has spent his career working with visionaries, executives and their teams, project managers and front line performers within the private, government and not-for-profit sectors. He has organized strategy implementations and helped align and coach leaders of multi-billion dollar projects. He has designed and implemented many successful post-merger and acquisition integrations, helped launch new businesses in various industries and helped teams working for the U.S. Government to invent new technologies.

 

Most recently, Doug was one of the principal architects of Sunergos' work as applied to resiliency, transition and reintegration within the military. He has also been brought into the United States Air Force Academy Center for Character and Leadership Development as a subject matter expert on the practical application of the cutting edge leadership development work that Sunergos has pioneered.

 

He has supported performance based leadership breakthroughs in technology, aerospace, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, the energy industry and the United States Military throughout North America, U.K., Europe, Russia and the Asia Pacific region.

 

Doug earned a B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1977, and a Juris Doctor from University of Miami School of Law in 1980.
