A senior consultant for Sunergos LLC, Peggy Williams has spent the past 22 years working with leaders from multinational corporations and dynamic smaller organizations to generate breakthroughs in
their performance. During this time she led many successful wide-scale organizational transformations as well as coached hundreds of managers to dramatically elevate their impact and accomplish extraordinary outcomes.

Peggy’s passion is now to focus her efforts and expertise on supporting professional
