Peggy Williams

 

Peggy has spent more than 20 years working with executives and organizations throughout the world to generate breakthroughs in business performance. She is an expert in executive alignment, particularly where an innovative approach and new direction are required.

 

As a consultant and executive coach, Peggy has a unique ability to determine what is at the heart of an organization's performance, and to customize interventions and performance initiatives that ensure client mandates are achieved.

She is known for providing true partnership and an objective perspective which allow for heightened clarity, increased confidence and an improved ability for taking action in challenging situations.

 

Peggy's consulting background encompasses a wide range of industries, including energy, pharmaceuticals, bio-tech, finance, consumer goods, medical devices and computer technology. She has demonstrated her talent and depth of experience as an advisor to hundreds of senior business leaders from some of the largest multi-national corporations, to smaller dynamic enterprises.

 

With Peggy's support, the leadership of a Fortune 500 consumer goods company substantially expanded its market presence in targeted countries. Working with Peggy, the commercial group within a bio-tech company successfully intervened in a product decline. In yet another example, Peggy led a large-scale initiative to impact the performance of a multi-billion dollar energy plant.

 

A passion for working with executive women led Peggy to co-found The Legacy Program. This unique Sunergos offering is designed to support professional women to achieve their greatest aspirations. The Legacy Program provides a framework for women to articulate today what they aspire to be known for, broadening their view of what is possible in all aspects of their lives.

Peggy holds a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin. She is an avid golfer and baseball fan and lives in New Jersey with her two sons, Ethan and Alex.
