Kari Granger
As a performance consultant and leadership development specialist, Kari is dedicated to empowering and harnessing the leadership potential of clients and supporting them to achieve unparalleled results.
Kari is also a Fellow at the Center for Character and Leadership Development at the United States Air Force Academy where she formerly served several years as an Assistant Professor and Chief of Transformative Learning and Education, developing and teaching transformational leadership courses and seminars for students and faculty. As a decorated military officer, she taught and applied the concepts of transformational leadership under the most challenging of conditions, including under enemy fire during combat duty in Iraq.
Currently, Kari is working with other members of the Sunergos team to help create a new performance based leadership paradigm to support military leaders in further elevating our United States armed service members' focus, adaptability and resilience in critical transitions between operational mission requirements and from mission execution to family life.
Her commitment to leadership transformation has also extended to numerous universities and government organizations. Kari regularly brings her expertise into the public education sector, teaching courses and seminars at universities around the world. She also worked in partnership with the US State Department as a leadership development expert with defense force institutions outside the United States.
Kari is a Distinguished Graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy. She has studied at the Bonch-Bruevich Saint-Petersburg State University of Telecommunications, St Petersburg, Russia, and holds a Master's degree in education leadership from the University of New Mexico.
