Program Information
The two and a half day workshop, Living From Your Legacy, Now, is built on the realization that the true power of legacy is available in the present moment; not just at the end of your career. Articulating today what you aspire to be known for, broadens your view of what is possible in all aspects of life. This articulated legacy powerfully shapes your choices and drives your actions today, influencing both the near and long term, and becoming the framework within which your unique, innate talents and leadership are expressed daily. Your legacy becomes a catalyst for accomplishing the extraordinary now.
Living From Your Legacy, Now provides a structure for you to reflect, envision and articulate your aspired legacy and directly translate it into all aspects of your life.
What You Can Expect
- Clarity regarding your aspired legacy, including how your job today fits within the greater context of that legacy
- A broadened horizon of possibilities, both professionally and personally
- Clearer priorities and choices for investment of personal energy

Curriculum
Pre-Work initiates the process of reflecting on and engaging in the important questions about your future. Through three steps, you:
- Begin to articulate your aspirations in writing
- Interview at least three of your colleagues to gain an external perspective and receive feedback on your strengths and talents
- Have a pre-interview with the course leader.
Two and a Half Day Group Session is an engaging, highly interactive discussion designed to be introspective, addressing what is most important in your life, both professionally and personally. You will leave the session having designed a legacy for your life, a clear connection to your existing role today and a plan to achieve something extraordinary in the near term future.
Post-Work is comprised of two follow-up coaching calls with the course leader designed to support you in achieving the action plans made in the workshop.
Tuition: $2,200 per person
