As women, we go through many transitions in life. Whether you are experiencing a transition in: development, geography, personal or professional areas, family, a transition from home to deployment or from active duty to civilian life, or if you are looking to support others going through a transition, this program is for you. Through your participation in this program, you will have access to being an extraordinary woman who leads through all of life’s transitions with resiliency and grace.

 

This program will allow you to create your full, authentic expression as a woman leader in both the personal and professional arenas. Equipped to step into a future unencumbered by the past, you will have a new access to making a positive and powerful difference in those areas of life that matter most to you now.

What is the structure of the program?

There are three program components:

Pre-Program Inquiry

• Our pre-program questionnaire is designed for you to begin the process of inquiring into your own leadership, resiliency and grace. It is an opportunity for you to reflect on what matters most to you in your life and what you want to get out of the program.
• It is the opportunity to prepare for coaching from the course leaders who are masters at getting to the heart of the matter. 

Three-Day In-Person Sessions

• The Leading with Resiliency and Grace program is the perfect opportunity to network with a small group of military women and leave with a plan for your life. Each day you will have an opportunity to build a network and discuss course content.
• These sessions take place from 9am - 5pm and will have a maximum of 30 participants. There will be small breaks throughout the day and a one hour lunch break. 

Post-Session Work

Upon request, participants will be provided with a follow-up coaching call to support them in achieving the specific action plans created in the program.

 

Who is leading the program?

The Sunergos course leaders are experts in performance consulting and leadership development. We also have a deep and abiding appreciation for those who serve. With over 30 years of experience working with global leaders to fulfill their most essential mandates, it is a privilege for us to work with military leaders as they fulfill on the things that matter most to them.

 

The course leaders hail from many different backgrounds including the U.S. military. We appreciate what it takes for you to express your commitment to a new future, create a plan and then do the required work to intentionally cause that new future.

 

We provide the framework to give you access to basic principles at the heart of successful implementation. The course leaders work in partnership with you to ensure that your plans are inherently actionable and will fulfill on the new future that you have created.
