Individual Interviews
This program begins with an individual interview to determine how you can get the most benefit from the program and review your personal aspirations.
Program Session
The group session is conducted over 2.5 days. The program is conducted in an engaging, highly interactive discussion and is designed to be introspective and address what is most important in your life, both professionally and personally:
- What are your aspirations?
- What do you want to be known for?
- What is the mark you want to leave behind?
- What do you ultimately want to use your career for?
- How does what you are doing today link to your legacy?

Post-Session Coaching
You will receive two follow-up coaching calls with a course leader in order to support you in achieving the specific action plans created in the program.
