The challenge:
To provide support to several components of a $7B capital project for the development arm of an energy industry leader despite an extremely remote location, industry supplier backlog, qualified worker shortages, a multi-cultural work force speaking many different languages, and numerous subcontractor locations around the world.

 

The results:

After two years of project-management coaching, alignment workshops, and performance consulting, we helped this project come in 30 days early and on budget—a major accomplishment considering all the adverse conditions.
